Clidoon Integration Background

The Iranian business environment has undergone substantial changes over nearly the past three decades. These changes have called for the gradual emergence of consulting firms, but to the best of our knowledge, only a few firms could succeed and respond to the increasing needs with comprehensive bulk of services.

Clidoon belongs to the private sector. At the beginning, the activities were conducted on establishing Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs) in Iran coupled with providing various solutions for accessing to the Internet, international calls provider, server based systems, host and domains provider and software programming.Clidoon’s duty may be expressed in a short phrase as “A professional association responsive to the needs of the business community”.

Clidoon started its professional activities since Jan. 2000 in the area of Telecommunication and Information Technology. The company diversifies its activities and enhancing its technical capabilities toward consultancy and engineering services, procurement engineering and feasibility and alternative studies in the field of Telecom, IT & SCADA.

In meanwhile Clidoon expands its services to financial management, taxation, macro analysis of the Iranian market and risk management, to strategy development, sector analysis, feasibility studies and due diligence.
